第三屆國際信息工程會議(2011)會議背景：
ICIE2011將于2011年8月13日至14日在中國陜西省西安市舉行。ICIE2011將為信息工程及其相關領域的研究人員和實際應用開發人員提供一個領先的國際論壇平臺，讓大家分享最新的研究成果和實際應用中積累的經驗。
這次大會的主題是信息工程及應用，包括先進計算、網絡與通信、信息安全、虛擬現實與數字媒體技術、微電子技術、現代服務六個方面。這次大會的特色是受邀發言的專家會對此領域具有重要意義的論題進一步探究，與會議同時出版的期刊雜志和海報將會涵蓋很廣范圍的論題和論點，包括由具體的主題延伸出的已經發表的論文和特殊會議記錄。
ICIE2011論文集將根據論文主題由IEEE、AppliedMechanicsandMaterials和academypublisher出版，所有錄用的論文將被EICompendex,ISTP檢索。會議將推薦80~120篇優秀文章至EI,SCI期刊，我們誠邀您提交所有有關信息工程及延伸領域的論文。
