Submittedpapersmustbeoriginalandshouldnotbecurrentlyunderreviewforanyotherpublication.AuthorsofacceptedpaperswillneedtosignanIEEEcopyrightreleaseformandpresenttheirpaperatNetCod2010.TheProceedingsofNetCod2011willbepublishedbytheIEEEInformationTheorySocietyanddistributedatthesymposium,andallpapersacceptedwillbeincludedintheIEEEXploreDigitalLibraryandindexedbyEICompendexandISTP.
AllpapersubmissionswillbehandledelectronicallyintheNetCod2011submissionwebsite.AuthorsshouldprepareaPortableDocumentFormat(PDF)versionoftheirmanuscriptsforsubmission.Papersmustbenolongerthan6pages,infontsizenosmallerthan10points,andusingthestandardIEEEstyleforconferencepapers.Themultipletopicsofinterestinclude,butarenotlimitedto:
